A tradition of more than 100 years

More than 100 years ago in the city located in the most Southern region of Brazil "The Princess of the South" the Revolutionary Brand was born. Originally the brand was known as Café Nacional, a company that every year gained more national recognition. In 1935, in honor of the Centenary Revolution Farroupilha, the brand name was changed to Café 35. This change launched the company's ability to gain national and international recognition.


Over time the brand and company evolved combining tradition and innovation. Café 35 created a Group Brand bringing revolutionary quality to other products, such as craft brewery Brasserie 35 and a delicious and traditional Gelato Italiano Brìvio 35.


Group 35, with its continued dedication to excellence in high quality food and beverage products, has dedicated its resources to more than 3 million square meters of infrastructure and 22 employees in order to serve its more than 2 thousand national and international clients.

From Brazil to the world

The history of nations and, in fact, of the entire world has been altered by the diverse visions and innovations of its people and its natural resources. Café 35, with very deep roots in this national and local tradition, is further ingraining its tradition and capacities in Pelotas a city in the most Southern point of Brazil. Pelotas, with over 200 years of strong european influence in its culture, architecture and entrepreneurial mindset, has been the region of some of Brazil's most recognized high quality food products. Traditional Italian gelato with the most high quality ingredients and refreshing tastes. With a touch from our Maestro Gelataio. The Brìvio 35 gelato is one of the most tantilizing taste experiences.

Brasserie 35

Brasserie 35 was created with the same principles of Revolutionary Quality. It's beers and handcrafted drafts are a definite reference point for quality and well crafted beverages. Brasserie 35 beverages are created from specialty recipes that produce the most exclusive and unique tantalizing aromas and tastes.

The 35 Space

As part of the Revolutionary Quality of the 35 Group, we have created an elegant space where it is possible to taste our Café 35 select coffees, our Brasserie 35 beers and drafts and our Brìvio 35 gelato. A real environment of magnificent flavors, taste experiences and sensations.

Green Coffee Service

Our exporting services include specialty green coffee coming from the most particular and best regions and plantations in Brazil.


Café 35, with its numerous national and international certifications and awards, utilizes the most select technologies and sophisticated processes from pre-selection up until the final delivery.


To ensure superior quality, our laboratories and specialists analyze and text all our samples and deliverables while we accompany all the stages of procution with rigid and complete processes of quality control from selection, processing, packaging, transportation and delivery.


How Our Services Work

Private Label Service

Cafe 35 offers a unique Private Label coffee service. Based on our clients' exclusive needs, we select specialty coffee utilizing our high-quality process.


The coffee beans we select with our clients, based on their needs, are accompanied by a personalized roasting analysis for each individual micro lot. All of our analyses are prepared by our roasting master with over 35 years of experience.


After the roasting process selected by our clients, we prepare the product in exclusively designed packaging created by our private label team. Our packaging process is based upon the highest industry technology with a specialty valve for roasting induced dispersion of gases and an exclusive TIN-TIE technology seal.


Our Private Label Services are utilized by hotels, coffee shops, restaurants, convention centers and retail stores.
